· Validity
o Promotion Period: 1 March 2025 - 30 March 2025
· Kids Ticket
o Purchase of a Toddler (0 - 2 years old) OR Kids (3 - 12 years old) Ticket entitles the buyer to one (1) complimentary Guardian ticket.
§ Toddler (0 - 2 years old) Weekday - RM30
§ Toddler (0 - 2 years old) Weekend - RM38
§ Kids (3 - 12 years old) Weekday - RM45
§ Kids (3 - 12 years old) Weekend - RM66
· Ticket Categories
o Pink (Kids)
o Light Blue (Toddler)
o Orange (Guardian)
· Guardian Eligibility
o The complimentary Guardian can only be used by individuals who met both of the following criteria
§ Must be 18 years and above
§ Wear socks
· Entry Requirement
o The Guardian Ticket is only valid for entry if the above conditions are met.
· Safety Precautions
o If the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Guardian Ticket, the management will not be held responsible for any incidents, as the Terms & Conditions clearly state these safety measures.
· Verification and Fraud Prevention
o Guest must provide valid identification (e.g. IC or Passport) if requested to verify age and parental status
o If a guest caught missing or transferring the ORANGE Guardian Ticket to an ineligible individual, the management reserves the right to void and deny the entry without refund.
· Non-Transferability and No Cash Value
o Free Orange Guardian Ticket are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash value.
o This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, offers or promotions.
· Final Decision
o The management reserves the right to cancel any ticket if misuse is detected.
o The management reserves the right to vary an amend Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
o All decisions made by the management are final and cannot be disputed.
o Does not apply for Public Holiday.
o Not valid on currents promotions.
· Refunds & Cancellation Policy
o No refunds or changes can be made.
o We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
o Safari Escape Playland shall not be responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of God, riot, electricity outage, flood fire & earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Safari Escape Playland from operating.
