_{Guardian Eligibility: The complimentary Guardian Ticket can only be used by individuals who meet both of the following criteria:}

_{Entry Requirement: The Guardian Ticket is only valid for entry if the above conditions are met.}

_{Safety Precaution: If a customer does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Guardian Ticket. The management will not be held responsible for any incidents, as the Terms & Conditions clearly state these safety measures.}

_{Verification & Fraud Prevention}

• _{Height will be measured at the entrance to confirm eligibility.}
  
• _{Guests must provide valid identification (e.g., IC, passport) if requested to verify age and parental status.}
  
• _{If a guest is caught misusing or transferring the Orange Adult Ticket to an ineligible person, the management reserves the right to void the ticket and deny entry without refund.}

_{o   Free Orange Guardian Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.}

_{o   This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, or promotions.}

_{·         Refund & Cancellation Policy}

_{o   All tickets, including promotional and regular tickets, are non-refundable and non-cancellable.}

_{o   No refunds will be given for unused or forfeited tickets.}

_{o   Tickets are valid only for the date of purchase and cannot be rescheduled.}

_{o   The management reserves the right to cancel any ticket if misuse is detected.}
