MONKEYS SPLASH ZONE – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE FACILITY. BY PROCEEDING WITH A PURCHASE OR ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
Eligibility & Admission Requirements
* Age & Supervision: Admission is open to all ages. Children under 90cm in height must be accompanied and within arm's reach of a paying adult (18+) at all times. The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility for the child's safety and conduct.
* Health & Safety Warning: Participation is not advised for individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or neck problems, mobility impairments, pregnancy, epilepsy, or any other serious physical or mental medical condition that may be aggravated by the activities. Guests should consult a physician if uncertain of fitness to participate.
* Mandatory Indemnity: All guests (or parent/legal guardian for minors) must accurately complete and sign a Liability Waiver and Indemnity Form prior to entry.
Ticket Pricing (Ala-Carte)
* Adult (height above 130cm): RM65.00
* Child (height 90cm – 130cm): RM45.00
* Toddler (height below 90cm): FREE (with paying adult)
Family Packages
* Package 1 – RM200 (2 Adults + 2 Children under 130cm)
* Package 2 – RM225 (2 Adults + 3 Children under 130cm)
* Package 3 – RM238 (2 Adults + 4 Children under 130cm)
Capacity Limit
* Maximum capacity is strictly limited to 2,000 persons at any given time.
* Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Once capacity is reached, no further admissions will be permitted regardless of ticket ownership or booked time slot.
* Management’s decision on capacity is final.
Ticket Usage & Terms
* Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the named purchaser or assigned individual.
* All tickets are issued as wristbands and must be worn visibly at all times.
* Tampering with or removing the wristband will void the ticket and result in ejection.
* Tickets cannot be exchanged for individuals who do not meet the age or height category purchased.
* Entry is valid only for the booked and paid time slot. Late arrival may result in denied entry without refund.
* All tickets expire on the printed date. No extensions allowed.
* Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets or wristbands will not be replaced or refunded.
* Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes. Violations will result in voided tickets without refund.
User Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk
* Guardians are responsible for continuous and active supervision of children under their care.
* Guests must comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety signage at all times.
* Proper swimwear is mandatory. Denim, belts, rivets, zippers, loose jewelry, and sharp accessories are prohibited.
* Locker facilities are available for rent. Guests are solely responsible for personal belongings.
* Monkeys Splash Zone is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
* Any hazardous condition must be reported immediately to staff.
Cancellation, Refunds & Force Majeure
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or rescheduling are permitted for any reason.
* Failure to arrive for the booked time slot will result in ticket forfeiture without refund.
* Monkeys Splash Zone shall not be liable for failure to operate due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government regulations, public health emergencies, extreme weather, fire, flood, earthquake, power outages, or other emergency events.
Prohibited Conduct & Items
* Prohibited items include outside food and beverages, glass containers, alcohol, illicit substances, weapons, smoking or vaping products, and pets.
* Running, diving, rough play, pushing, climbing on structures, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
* Photography and videography are prohibited in restrooms, changing areas, and restricted zones.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any guest for violations without refund.
General Provisions
* Payment Method: The facility is cashless. We accept major debit/credit cards and e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, DuitNow).
* Monkeys Splash Zone reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
* Guests acknowledge inherent risks including injury, illness, or death and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkeys Splash Zone shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from guest negligence or inherent activity risks.
