Monkeys Splash Zone Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements
Age: Open to all ages. Children less than 90cm must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
Health Restrictions: Participants with heart conditions, mobility impairments, pregnancy, or other serious medical issues are advised not to participate. Consult a physician before entry if unsure.
All guests (or guardians for minors) must fill and sign an Indemnity form   before accessing the Monkeys Splash Zone.
Height with Ala-Carte Tickets:
Adult (more than 130cm) = RM65.00
Children (90cm – 130cm) = RM45.00
Toddler (less than 90cm) = RM FREE
Height with Family Packages 
Package 1 – RM200 (2 Adults + 2 Children less than 130cm)
Package 2 – RM225 (2 Adults + 3 Children less than 130cm)
Package 3 – RM 238 (2 Adults + 4 Children less than 130cm) 

2. Ticket Usage
Non-Transferable: Tickets are valid only for the purchaser/assigned guest and non-transferable.
Wristband: Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times.
Exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another individual that did not meet age requirements.
Time Slots: Entry is permitted only during the booked time slot. 
Expiration: Tickets expire on the date printed and cannot be extended.
Loss/Theft: Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Resale: Tickets resold for profit will be voided without refund.

3. User Responsibilities
Supervision: Guardians must actively supervise children less than 90cm at all times.
Compliance: Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety signage.
Attire: Wear appropriate swimwear. Prohibited items: jeans, loose jewelry, or sharp accessories.
Belongings: Monkeys Splash Zone is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Hazards: Report spills, broken equipment, or unsafe behavior to staff immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy
Refunds: No refunds, or changes can be made.
No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling for missed time slots.
Responsible: Monkeys Splash Zone shall not be responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of God, riot, electricity outage, flood fire and earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Monkeys Splash Zone from operating.

5. Prohibitions & Limitations
Items: No outside food/drinks, glass containers, alcohol, smoking/vaping, or pets.
Behavior: No running, diving, rough play, or climbing on structures.
Photography: No photography/videography in restrooms or restricted zones.
Capacity: Management may limit entry during peak times for safety.
Removal: Guests violating rules may be ejected without refund.

6. Additional Information
Payment: All payment is CASHLESS only. We accept Card and E-Wallet (TnG, DuitNow, Grab Pay, etc.)
Changes: Terms may be updated without prior notice. Check our website for current versions.
