MATTA DISCOUNT DEALS

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
**These general Terms & Conditions apply to all deals offered and sold during MATTA Fair September 2026.

 1.The Flash Sale rate is applicable only to transactions with a minimum purchase of Four (4) tickets during the designated Flash Sale period. [Applicable for Flash Sales Packages]
2.The ticket or package redemption period is valid from 7th September 2026 to 31st March 2027, both dates inclusive [Except for Hyper Park Admission Ticket]. Expired redemptions are non-extendable and will not be honoured.
3.The Hyper Park Day Pass admission is valid for redemption from the Hyper Park Opening Date (December 2026) until 31st March 2027, both dates inclusive.
4.The original Official Receipt together with payment slip must be presented at the designated ticketing counter of the Attraction Outlet in order to redeem the entry wristband.
5.The WEEKDAY TICKET is valid for entry from Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysia and Selangor State Public Holidays. The WEEKEND TICKET is valid for entry on Saturday, Sunday, Malaysia and Selangor State Public Holidays.
6.WEEKDAY TICKETS are strictly valid for weekday entry only and cannot be used on weekends or Malaysia/Selangor State Public Holidays. Upgrading a WEEKDAY TICKET to a WEEKEND TICKET is not permitted.
7.Buy More, Save More packages must be redeemed in full in a single transaction and cannot be split into multiple redemptions.
8.The original Official Receipt is valid for one-time redemption only and the admission ticket is valid for one-day use. 
9.This Official Receipt is non-transferable, non-resellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing offers, events, or promotions.
10.Redemption is valid only upon presentation of the original Official Receipt. Lost, damaged, altered, or defaced Official Receipts will not be replaced or recognised. Monkeys Canopy Management reserves the right to reject any such Official Receipt.
11.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the selected outlet. Customers are required to mention that they will be redeeming this Official Receipt when making a reservation.
12.By purchasing and/or using the ticket(s), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Rules and Regulations, of Monkeys Canopy.
13.Monkeys Canopy Management reserves the right to alter, amend, refuse, delete or add to the stated Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

FAMILY PACKAGES 
1.This Family Package includes a Two (2) Adult Admission and Two (2) Children Admission to Monkey Splash Zone or Dino Desert, as specified in the package details.
2.The Add On Children Admission tickets must be purchased together with the Family Package, with a maximum of two (2) tickets allowed per Family Package.
3.The Family Package’s admission ticket is valid for one-time redemption and one day use only. It is non-transferable.

ULTIMATE DAY PASS
1.The Ultimate Day Pass includes admission to Monkey Splash Zone, Dino Desert and Enchanted Forest (1 session).
2.The original Official Receipt together with payment slip must be presented at the Monkeys Information / Monkey Splash Zone / Dino Desert ticketing counter in order to redeem the entry wristband.
3.The WEEKDAY TICKET is valid for entry from Tuesday to Friday, excluding Malaysia and Selangor State Public Holidays. The WEEKEND TICKET is valid for entry on Saturday, Sunday, Malaysia and Selangor State Public Holidays.
4.The Ultimate Day Pass is valid for one time redemption and one day use only. The pass is non-transferable.
5.The Ultimate Day Pass is not entitled to the RM15 Dining Voucher.
6.CHILDREN ADMISSION for Ultimate Day Pass is applicable to children 90cm–130cm in height. 

ADULT EXPERIENCE PASS
1.The Adult Experience Pass includes admission to One (1) session EVA, One (1) session LYL International Karting Circuit (Sodi Kart RT10 270cc) and One (1) session Basecamp for the game of Target Paintball or Archery. 
*Archery redemption requires a minimum of Six (6) pax per group. Groups with less than Six (6) pax will automatically be assigned to the Target Paintball game.
2.This Adult Experience Pass is valid for guests aged 12 years and 140 cm in height and above.
3.The original Official Receipt together with payment slip must be presented at the Monkeys Information in order to exchange with the redemption coupon.
4.The Adult Experience Pass is valid for one time redemption and one day use only. It is non-transferable.
5.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the selected outlet. Customers are required to mention that they will be redeeming this Official Receipt when making a reservation.

LYL INTERNATIONAL KARTING CIRCUIT
1.The admission is valid for Sodi Kart RT10 270cc or Sodi Kart 2Drive.
2.Participants must meet LYL International Karting Circuit’s minimum requirements of age and height.
a)Single seater: 10 years old and above, minimum 140 cm in height 
b)2-Seater Kart: For passenger must 6 years old and above, minimum 110cm in height
3.It is mandatory to use Balacava, Gloves and closed-toes shoes. Balacava and Gloves are available for purchase onsite.
4.Participants must register at the kiosk or an app and sign a liability waiver before engaging in any karting activities. Minors must have a parent or legal guardians sign on their behalf.
5.Karting is a high-speed motorsport activity. Participants acknowledge and accept all inherent risks, including injury or damage.
6.By purchasing a ticket, the participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. For further inquiries, please reach to LYL International Karting at +60107610598.

HYPER PARK (PRE-OPENING)
1.The Hyper Park promotion is a pre-opening promotion, valid for Day Pass entry only and applicable to both Adult and Children admissions.
*Day Pass: 10AM – 6PM (last check in 4.30PM)
2.The Hyper Park Day Pass admission is valid for redemption from the Hyper Park Opening Date (December 2026) until 31 March 2027, both dates inclusive.
3.The admission ticket is valid for the customer aged 8 years and above.
4.This admission ticket is valid for entry only and does not include any credits
5.Hyper Park Management reserves the right to amend, modify, add to, remove, or otherwise vary these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any revised Terms & Conditions shall supersede and replace all previous versions and shall take effect upon publication.

BASECAMP
1.The admission ticket is valid for eligible customers subject to the requirements stated below. Customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
a)Paintball: 12 years old and above
b)Archery & Zorb Attack: 10 years old and above
2.A minimum of Six (6) participants per group is required to enjoy the Paintball, Archery or Zorb Attack games.
3.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the BaseCamp. Customers are required to mention the use of this Official Receipt when making a reservation.

SAFARI ESCAPE PLAYLAND
1.KIDS ADMISSION is applicable to children aged 3 to 12 years old. TODDLER ADMISSION is applicable to children below 2 years old. 

MONKEYS SPLASH ZONE 
1.CHILDREN ADMISSION for Monkeys Splash Zone is applicable to children 90cm–130cm in height. Children below 90cm enter free with a paying adult.

DINO DESERT
1.CHILDREN ADMISSION for Dino Desert is applicable to children aged 2 to 12 years old. Children below 2 years old enter free with a paying adult.

ENCHANTED FOREST 
1.CHILDREN ADMISSION for Enchanted Forest is applicable to children aged 2 to 12 years old. Children below 2 years old enter free with a paying adult.
2.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the Enchanted Forest. Customers are required to mention the use of this Official Receipt when making a reservation.
3.Buy More, Save More packages can be redeemed in any combination of Adult and Children admission ticket.

LYL ELECTRIC MINI KARTING
1.Customers must meet LYL ELECTRIC MINI Karting’s minimum requirements of age and height.
a)Baby Kart Single : 2 – 8 years old, 100cm and above
b)Double-Seater    : 2 – 8 years old, 100cm and above + 1 Adult
c)Junior Kart    : 8 – 14 years old, 120cm and above
2.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the LYL Electric Mini Karting. Customers are required to mention the use of this Official Receipt when making a reservation.
3.Buy More, Save More packages can be redeemed in any combination of Baby Karting Single, Double Seater and Junior Kart admission tickets.

EVA
1.EVA admission is applicable to aged 10 years old and above. For customers below 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.
2.Prior reservation is recommended to ensure availability at the EVA. Customers are required to mention the use of this Official Receipt when making a reservation.
