Operational & Cancellation Policy
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
* Management reserves the right to temporarily close any interactive zone due to technical issues, NFC calibration, maintenance, or safety concerns.
* No refunds will be issued due to temporary technical interruptions.
* Enchanted Forest shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control (including extreme weather, power outages, war, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, government regulations, public health emergencies, extreme weather, fire, or any other emergency event).
Prohibitions & Limitations
* Strollers and wheelchairs may have limited access due to narrow indoor pathways.
* Battery-operated devices (e-scooters, hoverboards, electric luggage, etc.) are not permitted.
* Drones or remote-controlled devices are prohibited.
* Offensive, disruptive, or destructive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
* Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
* No outside food or drinks allowed.
* Inappropriate or unsafe attire may result in denied entry.
* Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas.
Interactive Attraction Safety
* The attraction includes digital screens, sound & light effects, motion-triggered and NFC-triggered activations.
* Disclaimer:
Path of Light contains flashing, strobe, and dynamic lighting effects. These effects may cause discomfort or trigger seizures for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or light sensitivity. Viewer discretion is advised.
* Running, pushing, climbing, or rough play is strictly prohibited.
* Loss of NFC badge may result in a replacement fee of RM150
User Responsibilities
* Device Care: Guests must handle NFC badges, screens, and interactive stations with care. Damage due to misuse may incur repair or replacement charges.
* Proper Use: NFC badges may only be used at designated locations. Tampering with devices is strictly prohibited.
* Compliance: Guests must follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines.
* Guardians are fully responsible for supervising children under their care at all times.
* Failure to comply with rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
Ticket & NFC Badge Usage
* Each ticket includes an NFC-enabled badge required for all interactive activities.
* The badge must be worn or carried throughout the visit.
* Guests must tap/scan the badge at designated NFC spots to activate interactive content.
* The badge is valid for one-time entry on the date of redemption.
* Entry may be denied if wristbands or badges are damaged, altered, or illegible.
* For online purchases, once redeemed, no changes or refunds are allowed.
* The badge must be returned upon exit.
Eligibility Requirements
* Open to all age groups.
* Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
* Free admission for children below 2 years old. MyKid must be presented to validate free entry.
Bulk Purchase Policy
* Online purchases are limited to 25 tickets per transaction.
* This ensures proper allocation of NFC badges and a smooth guest experience.
* For groups requiring more than 25 tickets, please contact the park via official hotline or ticketing counter.
Important Information
* Last admission is at 8:30 PM.
* All NFC badges must be returned upon exit.
* Proper clothing is recommended to secure badges safely.
* Purchased tickets are only valid for use on the selected purchase date and time slot.
* Accepted payment methods : The facility operates on a cashless system. We accept only major debit/credit cards and e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, DuitNow).
