Eligibility Requirement

• Open to all age groups.
  
•  Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  
•  Free admission for children below 2 years old. MyKid must be presented to validate free entry.

Ticket & NFC Badge Usage

• Each ticket includes an NFC-enabled badge required for all interactive activities.
  
• The badge must be worn or carried throughout the visit.
  
• Guests must tap/scan the badge at designated NFC spots to activate screens and interactive elements.
  
• The badge is valid for one-time entry on the date of redemption.
  
•  Entry may be denied if wristbands or badges are damaged, altered, or illegible.
  
•  For online purchases, once redeemed, no changes or refunds are allowed

.     Bulk Purchase Policy

• Online purchases are limited to 20 tickets per transaction.
  
• This ensures proper allocation of NFC badges and a smooth guest experience.
  
•  For groups needing more than 20 tickets, please contact the park via the official hotline or ticketing counter.

.     User Responsibilities

• Device Care: Guests must handle NFC badges, screens, and interactive stations carefully. Damage due to misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.
  
•  Proper Use: NFC badges may only be used at designated spots. Tampering with devices is strictly prohibited.
  
• Compliance: Guests must follow crew instructions for safety and correct device operation.
  
•  Guardians are responsible for the continuous and active supervision of children under their care. This includes monitoring their location, behavior, and ability to safely use each attraction.
  
• All guests must comply with posted rules, verbal instructions from staff, and safety signage throughout the facility. Failure to follow these instructions may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund

.     Interactive Attraction Safety
The attraction features:

• Digital screens
  
• Sound and light effects
  
•  Motion-triggered activations
  
• NFC-triggered animations and content
  
•  Guests with sensory sensitivity (light, sound, animation) should assess suitability before entering.
  
• Running, pushing, climbing, or rough play is strictly prohibited inside the attraction.
  
• Losing the NFC badge may result in a replacement fee.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Strollers and wheelchairs may have limited access due to narrow indoor pathways.
  
• Battery-operated devices (e-scooters, hoverboards, electric luggage, etc.) are not allowed.
  
• Drones or remote-controlled devices are prohibited.
  
• Offensive, disruptive, or destructive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
  
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
  
• No outside food or drinks allowed.
  
• Guests wearing inappropriate or unsafe attire may be denied entry.
  
• Photography and videography are strictly prohibited in restrooms, changing areas, and any other clearly marked restricted zones.

Operational & Cancellation Policy

·         All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

·         Management reserves the right to temporarily close any interactive zone due to:

• Technical issues
  
•   NFC calibration
  
•  Maintenance
  
• Safety concern
