Eligibility Requirements
* Accessible to all age groups.
* Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and should be monitored at all times. We will not be held responsible for any incident due to guest’s negligence.
* Free admission for Children ages below 2 years old. MyKid card must be presented to validate the free admission.
Ticket Usage
* Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times.
* The ticket is only valid on the date of redemption once redeemed.
* Entry may be denied if the tickets are damaged, altered, or illegible.
* For online redemption, changes cannot be made once the ticket purchased and strictly no separate redemption.
User Responsibilities
* Equipment Care: Participants are responsible for handling all the equipment with care. Any damage caused by improper use may result in charges for repair or replacement.
* Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the crew for safety purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
* No refunds, or changes can be made.
* We reserved the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Attraction Safety
* Follow all safety instructions for each activity.
* Height and weight restrictions apply to certain activities.
* The maximum weight requirement for the rides and playground activities provided is 40kg.
Prohibition & Limitation
* Stroller & wheelchairs are not advisable. Customers may leave their strollers at the Discovery Center located inside the premise.
* Any battery-operated vehicles such as scooter, luggage, electric bicycles and others are not permitted.
* Take-off and landing of remote controlled or unmanned aircraft or drones is prohibited at this park.
* Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior and profanity is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violators may be asked to leave the park without a refund.
* Smoking, vaping, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
* No outside food is allowed in the park.
* Alcoholic drink is strictly prohibited.
* Offensive or inappropriate attire is not permitted.

* All payment is cashless.
* Our last call for admission to the park is at 8.30pm.
* Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
* For online ticket redemption, once a ticket is redeemed changes cannot be made
* Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorm and heavy rain occur regularly. In the event of thunderstorm or heavy rain guest is advised to take cover and stay under the shade. There will be no refund in the event of inclement weather.
* Bulk purchase tickets (2 or more) must be redeemed on the same day of use. Said tickets cannot be redeemed on a separate occasion or be refunded.
* Weekday tickets cannot be redeemed during Weekend, vice versa. Customers must purchase a separate ticket on the counter.
