Promotion Terms & Conditions: Available for both Online Purchase and Walk-in
· Validity
o Promotion Period: 1 March 2025 – 30 March 2025
Promotion Tickets:
- Buy 2 Free 1: Purchase of two (2) tickets (RM160) entitles the buyer to one (1) free ticket
- Buy 3 free 2: Purchase of three (3) tickets (RM240) entitles the buyer to two (2) free tickets.
Ticket Categories:
- Buy 2 Free 1 – Red
- Buy 3 Free 2 – Red
Free Ticket Eligibility: The Free Ticket can only be used by individuals who meet the following criteria:
- All tickets must be purchased in a single receipt
- Must weigh between 45kg and 90kg
- Must have a minimum height of 130 cm
- Children below the required weight/height must be accompanied by an adult (as per park safety regulations).
Entry Requirement: The Free ticket is only valid for entry if the above conditions are met.
Safety Precaution:
- Free tickets received under the promotion follow the same eligibility rules as paid tickets.
- If a customer does not meet the eligibility criteria for the free ticket and still proceeds, they do so at their own risk. The management will not be held responsible for any incidents, as the Terms & Conditions clearly state these safety measures.
Verification & Fraud Prevention
- Height and weight will be measured at the entrance to confirm eligibility
- Guests must provide valid identification (e.g., IC, passport) if requested to verify age and parental status.
- If a guest is caught misusing or transferring the Free Ticket to an ineligible person, the management reserves the right to void the ticket and deny entry without refund.
- All tickets (including free tickets) must be used on the same day of purchase and redemption.
· Non-Transferability & No Cash Value
o Free Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
o This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, offers, or promotions.
· Final Decision
o The management reserves the right to cancel any ticket if misuse is detected.
o The management reserves the right to vary an amend Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
o All decisions made by the management are final and cannot be disputed.
o Does not apply for Public Holiday.
o Is not valid on currents promotions.
· Cancellation Policy
o No refund or changes can be made
o We reserve the right to change the terms and condition without prior notice
o Conquer Indoor Extreme Park shall not responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of God, riot, electricity outage, flood fire & earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Conquer Indoor Extreme Park from operating
