CONQUER INDOOR EXTREME PARK

Eligibility Requirements
* Participants must be at least 130cm tall to participate all of the rides.
* Participants less than 130cm tall and underweight (45kg) are not eligible for selected rides such as (Human Gyroscope, Airbag Launch, Leap of Faith & Coaster Glider)
* Participants must weigh between 45kg and 90kg to eligible to participate all of the rides.
* Participants weigh over said weights (90kg) are not eligible for selected rides such as (Human Gyroscope, Airbag Lauch, Climbing Pillars, Wall Climbing & Coaster Glider)
* Grip socks and grip gloves are required to be worn during the rides.
* ⁠Children aged 17 and below must be accompanied by an adult/guardian who is aged 18 and above.
* ⁠Accompanying adults/guardians must pay the same admission fee, even if they are only observing.

Ticket Usage
* Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times.
* Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
* Tickets are valid only on the date they are redeemed.
* Entry may be denied if tickets are torn, damaged, altered, or unreadable.

Cancellation Policy
* Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed once purchased.
* Conquer Extreme Park shall not be responsible the tickets sold in any event of act of god, riot, electricity outage, flood fire & earthquake, emergency that may occur to prevent Conquer from operating.

Prohibitions & Limitations
* No food and drinks inside the play area.
* No toys, jewelries or accessories allowed on the climbing structure.
* Balls from ball pit must stay inside the ball pit area.
* Customers are not allowed to chew gum while playing.
* All customers must adhere to the Conquer Staff’s instructions at all times.
* Please refrain from bringing glass bottle/containers and any sharp objects.
* Unruly, disruptive, act of nuisance and/or offensive behavior and profanity is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerate.
* Smoking, Vaping and any other electronics smoking devices are strictly prohibited.
* Alcoholic drink and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
* This activity is not advisable for individuals with medical conditions.
* No pets allowed.
* Customers who are suspected or is pregnant, any known health conditions, or have had surgery in the last 3 months are not allowed to enter.
* Failure to adhere to the above prohibitions and limitations will result in immediate escort out of the park with no refunds.

Additional Information
* The last admission to the CONQUER INDOOR EXTREME PARK shall be 90 minutes prior to closure.
* Changes cannot be made once a ticket is redeemed online, and tickets cannot be redeemed separately.
* Bulk purchase tickets (2 or more) must be redeemed on the same day of use. Said tickets cannot be redeemed on a separate occasion or be refunded.
* ⁠Tickets are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
* Appropriate clothing must be always worn. Please refer to the rules & regulations in Conquer Extreme Park.
* In event a School Holiday and Public Holiday falls on a weekday (Monday – Friday), weekend rate will be applied at our admission ticket.
* Weekday ticket can only be redeemed on weekday but not applicable for School Holiday and Public Holiday that falls on weekday.
* All payment CASHLESS (We accept TnGo, Duitnow, Mastercard, Visa and MyDebit).
* We may update our terms and conditions without prior notice.
* Bulk purchase tickets (2 or more) must be redeemed on the same day of use. Said tickets cannot be redeemed on a separate occasion or be refunded.
* Weekday tickets cannot be redeemed during Weekend, vice versa. Customers must purchase a separate ticket on the counter.
