GENERAL COMBO T&C
- No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances.
- Combo Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and is valid for one (1) time
- use only.
- Partial redemption of Tickets are strictly disallowed, and all combo tickets purchased in a single receipt must be redeemed on same date of redemption.
- Unauthorized duplication and/or resale of The Ticket will result in denial of entry.
- The Management reserves the right to substitute, amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice.
- Combo Tickets is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Combo Tickets past the validity period are considered null and void.
- Combo Ticket is valid for MyKad & non-MyKad.
- A Weekend Pass for Safari Escape Playland is required for entry into the attraction on public holidays / school holidays
- that fall on a weekday.
- QR code will be issued for every successful transaction to the respective email. Redemption of QR Code is subjected to the respective purchase.

CHLIDREN PACKAGE
1. Safari Escape Playland
- Ages between 1 month to 12 years old and below are allowed to enter the park.
- One paying adult is compulsory to supervised the children.
- Accompanying Guardian must be 18 years old and above.
- Guardian ticket can only be purchased with an accompanying child.
- Children measure 140cm and above are restricted from entering the park.
- Grip socks is compulsory for all children.
- The ticket is only valid on the date of redemption once redeemed.
- Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE/ NOT TRANSFERABLE.
2. EVA E-Sports Virtual Arenas
- Users must be at least 10 years old to use our VR services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- The ticket is only valid on the date of redemption once redeemed.
- Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE/ NOT TRANSFERABLE.
3. Dino Desert
- Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and should be monitored at all times. We will not be held responsible for any incident due to guest’s negligence.
- The ticket is only valid on the date of redemption once redeemed.
- Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE/ NOT TRANSFERABLE.
